What is Anchored In Ink?

Anchored in Ink is a patent-pending journaling system built around one simple idea: the handwritten words people give you shouldn't be lost. Friends, family, and loved ones write a prayer or a meaningful message on a stationery sticker, then adhere the sticker directly to a keepsake journal, collecting them together in one beautiful place.

How does the sticker and journal system actually work?

Someone writes a message on a stationery sticker, then shares it with you by hand, by mail, or it is collected at a gathering. The sticker is adhered directly onto a page in your journal, where it stays. Page by page, the journal fills up with the words of everyone who showed up for you.

Can I write over the stationery sticker artwork?

Yes, feel free to use the entire stationery sticker to write your message.

Why stickers instead of cards or loose notes?

Because cards get tucked in drawers and forgotten. Loose notes get separated and lost. A sticker pressed directly onto a journal page stays exactly where it's placed forever, alongside every other message, so nothing is ever misplaced, and the whole collection is always in one place.

How do I set up the kit at my event?

Every kit includes detailed step-by-step instructions written specifically for that experience, so setup is straightforward even on a busy day. In general, you'll set out the stickers, envelopes, markers, and collection box on a table alongside the display sign in a high-traffic area. Guests choose a sticker, write their message, and drop the envelope in the box. Most setups take just a few minutes. After the event, each sticker is peeled and placed directly onto a journal page, building the keepsake one message at a time.

How many people can participate in one kit?

Most of our kits include at least fifty stationery stickers, perfect for in-person gatherings where every message feels personal and unhurried. Need more? Simply add sticker packs at checkout to accommodate any-size gathering, from a small circle of close friends to a room full of guests. For very large events or corporate orders, reach out to us, and we'll make sure you have everything you need. There's no limit to how many people can contribute; the more words, the better.

What makes Anchored In Ink different from a regular journal?

Most journals start blank and stay that way unless you write in them yourself. Anchored in Ink is built around the people in your life- friends, family, and loved ones- who contribute the words, not just you. It turns a journal into a living collection of everyone who showed up for you, kept in one place, forever.

Is this the same as a guest book?

Not quite. A guest book is usually put on a shelf and rarely opened again. With Anchored in Ink, every message is a separate, removable sticker before it's placed, which means it can be written anywhere, anytime, by anyone (in person or by mail), and the finished journal becomes something you actually return to, not just something you keep.

Can I use a kit for an event that is not specifically listed?

Absolutely. Our kits are built to be flexible. If you don't see your exact occasion listed, the Celebrate From Anywhere Kit, Celebration Kit, and Collected Prayers Kit are designed to work for any moment worth putting into words. Can I add more stickers if I run out later?

Additional stationery sticker packs are available for every kit, so you can keep gathering messages long after your original kit arrives.

Ordering and Personalization

How long does personalization take?

Please allow 2–3 days for personalization to be completed before your order ships.

How much does personalization cost?

Personalization (such as adding a name to the journal cover or tabletop sign) is available for an additional cost, confirmed at checkout. Depending on the item, personalization costs approximately $12 - $25 per item.

Can I customize a kit for my specific event?

Yes. We offer fully custom orders. Themes, colors, quantities, and branding can all be tailored to your event, church, school, or company. Visit our Custom Orders page or reach out to us directly to get started.

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Yes. Whether you need five kits or five hundred, we can scale to fit your group, organization, or event. Reach out, and we'll put something together. Please note that the timeframe varies depending on the order.

Can I send a kit directly to someone as a gift?

Absolutely, just enter their address as the shipping address at checkout, and we'll send it straight to them. If you'd like to add a personalized touch, our personalization options (name on the journal cover, tabletop sign, and more) make it feel even more intentional and made just for them. Just keep in mind that personalized items require 2–3 additional days before shipping.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes. During checkout, you can add a gift message, which will be included with your order. If you don't see this option or have something specific in mind.

Can I use a kit for an event that is not specifically listed?

How do I find the right kit for my occasion?

Every kit in our store is designed around a specific moment or occasion, so the easiest place to start is to browse by collection: Bridal, Baby Shower, Celebration of Life, Graduation, Faith, and more. If you see your occasion, that's your kit.

If you're not sure, here's a simple guide:

Gathering in-person? Choose a Gathering Kit — set it out at your event, and guests write their messages on the spot, and the journal fills up in an afternoon.

Collecting messages from people near and far? Choose a Mail-In Kit — friends and family write their messages individually and return them by mail or by hand, building the journal one message at a time.

Do you want something personal? Choose our Prayer Journal Kit to share with a friend or with your small group.

Shipping and Returns

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days.

Is shipping free?

Standard shipping is free on all orders of $50 and over.

Do you ship internationally?

We don't currently offer international shipping as a standard option. That said, if you're outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, reach out to us, and we'll do our best to find a way to get your order to you.

What's your return policy?

Can I get my order faster if I need it sooner?

Yes, expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout at the carrier's current rate. Simply select your preferred shipping speed when placing your order.

Please keep in mind that if your order includes personalization, please allow 2–3 additional business days for personalization to be completed before your order ships. Expedited shipping applies to transit time only and does not reduce personalization processing time.
