Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping
Free shipping included on orders of $50 and over. Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days from the date of shipment.

Personalized Orders
Orders that include personalization — such as a name on the journal cover, tabletop sign, or photo stationery stickers — require 2–3 additional business days for processing before they ship. Expedited shipping applies to transit time only and does not reduce personalization processing time.

Expedited Shipping
Need it sooner? Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout at the carrier's current rate. Please account for personalization processing time when selecting an expedited option.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US and interested in placing an order, contact us, and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@anchoredink.com with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We'll resolve the issue promptly.
